One of the absolute truths about blogging, exhilarating sometimes and frustrating other times, is that there is always something new to learn. From tips for refining blog posts to intel on the latest social media developments, everywhere you turn there is information to absorb.
Luckily, the blogging community as a whole is made up of the most helpful, look out for others, individuals I have ever meet. Because interacting and learning from other bloggers online is so great, I know that meeting up with fellow blog devotees in person at a conference is sure to be even better.
Check out what I have discovered about the blog conference options available to help us continue to grow our presence in cyberspace.
Having spent hours looking over the agendas/schedules of many different blogging conferences, I have found that there are 3 main components to many of these gatherings. First are the keynote and breakout sessions where the meat of the education takes place. Then, comes the sponsor pitch opportunities where you get face-to-face time with companies looking to work with bloggers. Finally, but tremendously important, is the opportunity to mix and mingle with other people who love this crazy world of blogging too.
When it comes to blog conferences, many more niche conferences exist than ones that are aimed for the overall blogging community. Makes sense in that information can be tailored and company participants narrowed to match the unique interests of each niche.
Here is a rundown of a number of the main U.S. conference offerings so you can look through and select the best options for you.

Glad to share. I learned a lot from putting the list of blog conferences together. Never knew such variety.

This is one of those posts where I learned a lot about some conferences that I was less familiar with as I was researching. I love those kind of posts.
I’ve heard of a few of these and am thankful to see so many listed here! I haven’t been to a conference yet, though I’d like to. Although I’ve been blogging for 2 years now, I’ve been much better this year and hope to continue on for quite some time, improving and learning as I go! 🙂
So awesome…thank you SO much for compiling this list!!!
Lots of fun to put together and educational at the same time. Win, win!
I’m a blog conference junkie. I’ve been ten of them – including all of the BYBC and either 3 or 4 of the Bloggy Boot Camps plus some other ones, including a blogger’s cruise with the Six Sisters. I love them (obviously), but they are a terrific way to learn stuff and meet new people. I just haven’t been to one in a while because for months afterwards, I am blog obsessed and don’t get much in the way of other stuff done.
thanks so much! I’ve been searching for a list like this.
Your very welcome. Such a wonderful variety of blog conferences to choose from.
I had no idea there were so many conferences! Thanks for creating this list. It’s so helpful to us new bloggers 🙂
Pretty amazing the variety of conferences, isn’t it. Thanks so much for hopping over. Sending Pinterest love back your way.
Sarah, what a fabulous list. I just shared this with a blogging friend on FB who was asking how to find the right conference. Talk about perfect timing. This is getting pinned to my Blogging Tips board for sure!
