What is the absolute, best thing about blogging? Nope, it is not the countless hours spent putting together posts and scheduling social media contributions. It is not the continuous need to learn new things. It is not even when a post goes viral or is picked up by a big media outlet (Although, this is much more in the ballpark).

The Absolute, BEST thing about Blogging is all the supportive fellow bloggers that are out there working hard each day. Since my earliest days of regular blogging, I have been astonished at how kind and helpful other bloggers have been. I have never experienced that in any other industry before. Turf battles, holding back on giving out helpful hints, and trash talking are pretty rare occurrences in the blogging world and that is so refreshing.
On the whole, us bloggers are passionate about our craft.
From the get-go, other bloggers have been instrumental in the improvement and advancement of my blog. Here are some of the best blogging community resources that I have found thus far.
1. The SITS Girls–I found these ladies first thing out of the blogging gate. On the SITS site, you can find links to all sort of fantastic articles on topics covering all aspects of blogging. They even have section that will walk you through all aspects of the site if it is your first time visiting. Also, I absolutely love The SITS Girls Facebook Group. Great interaction and connection with other bloggers and exposure to tons of helpful hints.
2.Elite Blogging Academy–I signed up for this academy looking for some tangible ways to improve my blog and utilize my blogging time effectively, and I found something so surprising. Just as valuable as the course material itself (implementing has led to 30% growth in my daily blog traffic and climbing) has been the interaction that I have had with other bloggers who have also taken the course. There is nothing like getting to have access to a forum and Q & A s where you get to learn about how to tackle challenges that the newer blogger all the way up to those individuals who get 100,000 plus page views a month face. The Elite Blog Academy is only open for enrollment a very few times of year and for 2015 only once which is between April 14th and April 21st, which means it fortunately is open now for a short time. I have been given access to an exclusive code that will save you $50 off of enrollment. Just use code SARAH.
Some of the best money I have ever invested in blogging!
3.Google Plus-I know that Google Plus as we know it currently may be morphing into a new form/service over time, but I am making the most of it as it is today. In fact, I would bet that I will be using whatever it morphs into, as well, because of how much I love what G+ has done for my blog. Aside from its tremendous search engine benefits, G+ is a wonderful place to discover and converse with other bloggers and find people in your niche. Also, be sure and explore Google +’s communities for folks who share like blogging interests.
I sincerely hope that these blogging community resources are helpful for you and I wish you all the best in the continued growth of your blog. I would love to hear your comments about blogging community resources that you have discovered

Thanks so much. You have such a lovely site!
I have had my eye on Elite Blog Academy. Glad it worked well for you. Stopping by from Merry Monday!
I have to agree with you I have found the support from other bloggers so inspiring and priceless. I love the groups I am in. Thank you for sharing your tips with Share It One More Time. Cathy
So great to have the support of other bloggers. And great fun to hop on over for Share It One More Time.
Great article and I LOVE the SITS Girls! Have subscribed to Elite myself for more info. Saw you at Turn it up Tuesday!
Thanks so much for hopping over from turn it up Tuesday. Yes, Elite Blog Academy has been so worth it.
I completely agree, and am happy to be a part of this community. Have a great week!
You too! And keep up the great blogging!
I agree with you. When I first started blogging I thought I would be competing with other bloggers but it turns out, it’s quite the opposite. It’s all about creating a community. I have met some amazing bloggers in the the short time that I started and the support has been unbelievable. Thanks for linking up #ConfessionsLinkUp
Such an awesome thing to find such a supportive community of people that love the blogging craft.
I absolutely agree with you with the support! Friendlies people I’ve met so far…online! 🙂 I too have been hearing about Elite Blog Academy. I’m glad it seems to help. I may look into it next year! Thanks for the info!
Yes, and speaking of friendly. The other people who have taken the Elite Blog Academy are so friendly and helpful. On top of the course, I have learned so much from them as well.
That is definitely one of the best things of blogging, the blogging community.
The SITS Girls are fabulous, love Saturday Sharefest.
I have recently read several things about Elite Blogging Academy. I really wish I could afford it but I can’t justify spending the money on it as blogging is a hobby for me. If I had more spare cash then I would definitely do it though. One day may be…
I do use Google + but I’m not making the most of it. I really should.
I need to get more organised, hobby or not I still not got myself organised with my blogging and social media. My debate at the moment shall I get a Plum Paper Planner to help me???
Thanks for sharing, over fromToo Cute Tuesdays.
Kate 🙂
Yes, the Elite Blog Academy is definitely the best blog education money that I have spent. I like you, thought hard about the price, but have found it so worth it and then some. Awesome too that she offers the satisfaction guarantee. If you change your mind, 12 a.m. est registration closes. Ruth is offering coupon for LASTDAY of $50 off.
I have found that a blog planner if very helpful, especially in planning things to write about ahead of time.
P.S. Alfie is such a cutie.
Ah thank you. When I have some cash to spare I will definitely think about it 🙂
Great post. I agree. 🙂 I hope to make more blog friends. I have had one really nice lady who gave me tips but mostly I had to figure it out on my own. Now I try to tell what little I know to new bloggers to help give support and be that person ya know?!
I am that way too. I try my very best to support newer bloggers with whatever knowledge I can share and that was passed to me by more established bloggers when I started.
I love blogging! I took a long blogging break due to my schedule and really missed it. I’ve been squeezing the time back in and really enjoying it.
I hope you can stop by:

I am very glad that you are back blogging again.
I have a hard time understanding what to do on Google+. I like the idea of Elite Blogging Academy but I’m just starting out and it’s pretty pricey. Next year I might try and do it.
Yes, I thought long and hard before spending on Elite Blogging Academy, but has been worth every dollar. Love that I can access the course material from here on out.
On Google +, the person’s whose tutorials, that are absolutely free, that made all the difference for me is Jenny Melrose. Access her G+ series at http://thenymelrosefamily.com/social-media-tips
Ive been hearing about the elite blogging academy. I am such a penny pincher though. I will say one thing that has really helped me and my blog is Blog Clarity and improving my photography (still working on the latter). I love the sits girls! Thanks for sharing on Merry Monday!
I definitely agree! When I decided to jump from having a personal blog to a public blog I was afraid that people were going to think I was “competition”. I’ve realized that it really is a community. Plus, writers love to read.
