You will find all sorts of great resources to help you be the healthiest that you can, while at the same time not adding a dollar to your budget’s waist line. (Always check with your physician before you start a new exercise or nutrition program.)
1.BeFiT-Love that such a variety of free workout videos are available through this channel. From WWE Fit to Yoga, you can find it here. Great that the workouts are for all levels of fitness from many names that you will recognize.
2.Blogilates-Cassey offers her own unique, upbeat combinations of POP Pilates and Bootcamp Sculpting. Her videos are set to Top 40 hit music tracks and she injects humor in her descriptions of the exercises. Love that she doesn’t take herself too seriously and makes working out fun.
3.eFit30-Similiar to BeFiT, this channel based out of Australia offers around 200 different workouts, with many yoga and pilates workouts available. Also, check out the pre and post-baby workouts and Stretches at Your Desk series.
4.Everyday Health-A wide range of health and wellness videos can be found here. One of my favorite video playlists within the channel is of snippets and quick tips from Recipe Rehab. This show focuses on taking favorite eats and making them healthier. Also, really like the Health A-Z: Women’s Health Series which address everything from UTI symptoms to information on medication during pregnancy.
5.FitnessBlender-Want to kick up the intensity on your workouts? Then checkout this YouTube channel. You will find a collection of more than 360 workout videos with new ones being added each week. Particularly intriguing are the quick 10 Minute Workouts and the 5 Day Workout Challenge for Busy People.
6.Food Heaven Show-Named by Mashable as one of the “8 YouTube Channels to Watch in 2015”, Nutritionista Wendy and Registered Dietician Jessica offer a great mix of videos showing how to prepare healthy recipes, as well as, nutrition tips. I agree that these ladies stars are on the rise.
7.LivestrongWoman-Enjoy this collection of videos that range from exercise routines for all fitness levels to healthy eating tips.
8.Sarah Fit-First of all, who wouldn’t love a YouTube Channel with Sarah in the name (I am not biased or anything). Second, this talented healthy living blogger offers not only workout videos for free, but also grocery shopping tips, healthy recipes, and helpful musing on a healthy lifestyle.
YouTube is such as great way to find Free Fitness and Healthy Living resources anywhere that you have an internet connection. This wildly-popular video-sharing website is revolutionizing access to health resources.
