No bones about it. Half the time, my house looks like a volcanic LEGO® explosion has taken place with a rainbow of pieces of all sorts strewn about. I have stepped on my fair share of Bionicle weapons and Minifigure parts. (Generally in the middle of the night, accompanied by somewhat muffled howling). My Hoover vacuum cleaner knows the feel up sucking up tiny LEGO parts on a regular basis.
Does this sound like your home or the home of someone that you know? Then you may be living in the midst of LEGO fan(s), just as I am. I must admit that the bounty of bricks has grown on me over time (PLEASE, don’t tell my LEGO lovers or another truck load of bricks will be waiting at my house tomorrow). LEGOs are the one toy that consistently get little people to sit in one place for long periods of time engrossed in activity. They seem to spark creativity left and right and I love that.
And that is what has inspired me to go in search of 5 Fun, Free Sites for LEGO Fans. These sites are sure to delight, amaze, and entertain.
1. MICHAELHICKOXFilms–Michael has come up with all sorts of clever videos using LEGOS. The videos range from LEGO Hide and Seek to LEGO Shark Attack. My kids and I love legos! Our dining room table is one huge, fancy Lego table. But at least it’s used everyday and keeps the kids entertained for hours. Thanks for this helpful site!
Oops forgot to mention I’m stopping by from Mommy Monday Blog Hop and hope you link this up with our Small Victories Sunday linkup too!
Thanks so much for hopping over from the Mommy Monday Blog Hop. Sending some G+ and Facebook love your way.
My boys love Legos! These sites are great, now if I could just find somewhere that will show me how to buy them for cheaper we would be set. I find it so hard finding any decent discounts on them at any time of the year. They are costing us a small fortune, very worth it but still lol.
Some years LEGO seems to hold some pretty good sales right after Christmas at the LEGO stores. I do not think so much this year as LEGO is enjoying such popularity these days. Always popular, but even more so now.
