Company is coming! And it is always fun to have something out of the ordinary to serve your guests for breakfast.
I have gathered a roundup of fun sweet and savory breakfast dishes from a host of talented folks, as well as, as an Easy Company Breakfast Wrap dish of my own.
My Breakfast Wraps can go either savory or sweet and are so simple to make. Stick a pat of butter in a frying pan and heat up flour tortillas until they are warm on both sides. Offer your guests a range of choices to fill their wraps with. On the savory side, offer toppings such as cheese, ham, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, onions, green peppers, or sausage mixed into scrambled eggs or as a build your own quesadilla-style wrap. On the sweet side, a base of cream cheese spread in a wrap goes great with fruit such as strawberries, kiwi fruit, bananas, mandarin oranges, dates and more for a tasty start to the morning. After stuffing, simply roll up and enjoy.
