Has anyone else been watching the second season of Rachael vs. Guy: Food Cook-Off? I am truly amazed at the skills and pose of the young chefs on the show. These kids know lots about food and aren’t afraid to get in the kitchen and experiment.
That is one of the great traits of young people, in general. They are much quicker than adults to jump in and try something new. And cooking seems like the perfect arena to try out different things and expand horizons and independence. Below are 12 neat resources for recipes, techniques, etc.. for cooking with kids.
