Nothing screams summer like a nice cool glass of lemonade. What if you could transport that yummy, smooth lemonade flavor into a pie? This Luscious Lemonade Stand Pie dessert recipe, adapted from Katty’s Korner Kookbook, let’s you do just that.
Lemonade Stand Pie Ingredients
6 oz. Lemonade Concentrate partially thawed (Common can size is 12 oz. so just use half and the rest can be made into lemonade drink.)
1 tub (8 oz.) Whipped Topping thawed
1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream softened (To soften quickly, remove top and microwave on high for 15 seconds. Make sure no metallic decorations on ice cream carton or will spark in microwave.)
1 prepared Graham Cracker Crust
Lemonhead Candy or Lemons to Decorate
Directions
Use electric mixer to beat partially thawed Lemonade Concentrate in large mixing bowl on low speed for around 30 to 45 seconds.
Next, spoon in softened Ice Cream and beat on low setting until well-blended. Hand stir Whipped Topping into the mixture until well-incorporated and then use the electric mixer on low to smooth out any remaining lumps. Pour into Graham Cracker Crust.
Freeze for 4 hours or until firm. Let stand for about 30 minutes and then cut slices. Garnish with Lemonhead Candy, Lemon Slices, or whatever other colorful topping that you prefer.
