When it comes to holiday decorating, my favorites things to hear are easy and inexpensive. What follows is a Valentine’s Day craft that is simple to make, budget-friendly, and can be completed in under five minutes. A winning combination on both the time and pocketbook fronts.
Only two items are needed to put together this Valentine’s Decoration. A heart-shaped glittered box and a bag of heart-shaped peel off adhesive back embellished sticker or crafter’s foam Valentine’s decorations. Any Valentine-themed combo of box and decorative pieces with some bling factor will work. In my case, I found the two supplies I needed at Hobby Lobby at very reasonable prices. I am sure that Michael’s and other craft stores carry Valentine’s decorations that will work, as well.
I am using this Valentine’s display on the entry hall table at my house. It provides a Valentine’s welcome without being overwhelming and blocking the mirror that sits behind my hall table. In fact, this Valentine’s decoration would also work well as a table centerpiece because it sits low (not blocking sight lines and conversation across the table).
To Assemble:
1.Place the heart-shaped box in the center of your display area.
2. Scatter embellished peel off stickers or seasonal foam pieces around the box.
Done!!!. A simple, impactful, Valentine’s decoration that will leave you with money to spare.
