Need a quick, easy, and pretty inexpensive Christmas table centerpiece? A Candy Cane Christmas Tree is your answer. This easy project can be completed in under 15 minutes and requires only a few supplies.
All you need is a mini Christmas tree, a box of miniature candy canes (32, 64, or other amount depending on your mini tree size), tree topper, and fabric or fake snow to wrap around bottom of tree. In this case, for a tree topper, I used a silver package bow.
4 Steps:
1.Place the mini Christmas tree in the center of the table or display area.
2.Open the miniature candy cane packages and place the candy canes on various branches of the tree. The candy canes generally look best hung all facing the same direction.
3.Stick on your tree topper.
4.Wrap the fabric or fake snow around the base of your tree.
Your centerpiece is complete! Enjoy.
(One quick note: This centerpiece is designed for short term use, not an entire season. If left long term, the candy canes may pick up moisture in the air and become a bit sticky possibly leaving residue on the Christmas tree when removed.)
